- The “iReAwake” / “We” refer to “M/s Soul Care Hospitality and Wellness pvt Ltd” and “You/ Client/ Student/ Participant” refers to purchaser of any service, product or program through this website www.reawake.com
- By reserving and participating in a “iReAwake” Program, Course, Session, Event, whether in-person or online, all clients are acknowledging and consenting to the subsequent Statements, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy:
- Upon enrolling for any program, course, event , you will receive confirmation of expenses, the cancellation policy, payment particulars, and other pertinent information, which you should review and ensure your contentment with. Alongside your payment, you will be requested to provide your contact information. This will subsequently establish a contractual arrangement between you and “iReAwake” for the provision of your Program, Course, training, session, healing services.
- Successful sessions/ Courses/ Events/ Breakthroughs/ Healings rely on your commitment and motivation. When you agree to partake in your healing/ breakthrough sessions/ Courses/ events/ Masterclasses, you, as the client, are considered “co-participants”, which means you agree to be fully involved and committed to the process, which may include self-work if necessary. This also includes attending your sessions/events/training on time and working on your ordeal and tasks as we agreed.
- You accept that effective help is offered on the basis of the information you supply, which you represent and warrant to be complete and truthful.
- Clients have also read and accepted the privacy notice within this document.
- Any recordings or downloads from the “ Company” site or received from this practice should never be used while operating heavy machinery, driving, or performing tasks which require concentration.
Client Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive and productive environment for all our clients and staff, we ask that you adhere to the following code of conduct during your participation in our programs:
- Respect and Courtesy: Treat all staff, practitioners, and fellow clients with respect and courtesy. Disrespectful, discriminatory, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Professional Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries with all iReawake staff and practitioners. This includes refraining from inappropriate communication, personal relationships, or any form of harassment.
- Punctuality and Participation:
- Timeliness: Arrive on time for all sessions. Timely participation shows respect for both the practitioners and fellow clients.
- Virtual Etiquette: For virtual sessions, please join on time, remain on mute unless speaking to minimize background noise, and keep your video on to facilitate a more engaged and connected experience.
- Active Participation: Engage fully during the sessions. Participation is key to maximizing the benefits of our programs. Ask questions, share insights, and be an active part of the session.
- Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality and privacy of others. Do not disclose or discuss any personal information about other clients or the specific advice given to them by our practitioners, outside of the session environment.
- Compliance with Program Guidelines: Follow all guidelines and instructions provided by iReawake staff during sessions. This includes adhering to any specific rules regarding the use of equipment, products, or techniques.
- Feedback and Communication: Provide constructive feedback and communicate any concerns or needs you have during your sessions. Open communication helps us tailor our approach to better meet your wellness goals.
- Safety and Health: Prioritize your safety and health by following all safety instructions provided and reporting any health issues or discomfort that may arise during or after the sessions.
- Financial Integrity: Adhere to our financial policies, including timely and complete payments for services rendered, as well as respecting the terms of cancellations or refunds as outlined in our policies.
- Use of Facilities and Resources: Use all facilities and resources provided during the sessions responsibly and with care. Any intentional damage or misuse may lead to penalties or exclusion from the program.
- Legal and Ethical Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your engagement with iReawake. Do not engage in any activity that could bring disrepute to the organization or disrupt the operation of our programs.
Violation of this code of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of services. We are committed to fostering a supportive and effective environment for all our clients, and adherence to this code is essential for achieving these objectives.
Healing Breakthrough Programs : Corporate Programs, Personal Programs, Wellness Programs
- Your personalized program outcomes, timeframes and session details will always be discussed with you and you will have the right to express your preferences regarding your session/ program plan and timeframe. There may be separate onboarding legal processes in place for Personal, Group or Corporate Programs. Read the offer document carefully before commencing.
- Your Healing Breakthrough session will last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hour. Please allow yourself enough time and a quiet space for this. The whole length of the program will depend upon the choice of the program selected by you.
- It is clients personal responsibility to complete the appointments and scheduled sessions within stipulated program time.
- Sessions can be conducted either through Zoom or any other video calling app or in a one-on-one setting at our studio/office.
- You understand that the effective help may be brought to an end at any time and that success of the treatment depends on the client’s ability to relax and desire to create change in themselves. Clients also understand that as part of the ongoing healing process we may be accessing painful memories and emotions with the intention of re-processing these, so some short term discomfort may arise ..
- Healing Breakthroughs requires commitment and motivation on the side of the client hence we cannot guarantee results but shall always provide the best care upto the extent of co-operation of the client. People react differently to energy work and other therapeutic treatments so results may vary from person to person.
- While Reiki and Neuro Linguistic Programming interventions are safe and natural by nature, if a client has any extreme condition including, psychosis, schizophrenia or epilepsy, the client must get an opinion from their psychiatrist or doctor before starting healing help
- Client will take part in all sessions free from the influence of either alcohol / drugs or any other intoxication and will provide a list of any prescription medicines they are currently taking.
- It is required that clients provide the following information on the questionnaire:
- contact details for your next of kin and the correct physical address where you will be when you attend online Breakthrough Programs
- Clients will ensure that the environment in which sessions are undertaken shall be safe and free from distractions and will inform the therapist if there is anyone else present or monitoring the session.
- Session Recording Policy: At iReawake, we value the progress and privacy of our clients. As part of our commitment to enhancing your experience and providing valuable feedback, we may record sessions, either by audio or video means, under the following conditions:
- Consent for Recording: We will seek your explicit consent before any recordings are made. Recording will only occur if you have granted permission in advance.
- Purpose of Recordings: The purpose of recording sessions is to provide you with a reference to the degree and extent of changes facilitated through our programs. Additionally, these recordings may be used as educational material to further enhance the understanding and effectiveness of our techniques.
- Confidentiality and Privacy: All recordings are treated as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ensure that the handling, storage, and any potential use of such recordings adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Access and Use: Recorded material will primarily be used for your personal review and to assess the progress of your treatment. It may also be utilized for educational purposes within iReawake, under strict controls to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Session Termination Policy: we strive to provide a respectful and effective environment for all our clients. To maintain the integrity and purpose of our sessions, please be aware of the following policy regarding session termination:
- Purpose of Sessions: The sessions are intended solely for healing guidance and personal growth. If it becomes apparent that a session has been booked for purposes other than to receive healing guidance, the healer or change work specialist reserves the right to terminate the session immediately.
- Behavioral Expectations: Respectful communication and cooperation are expected from all clients throughout the session. If a client becomes difficult to work with or displays disrespect towards the healer or change work specialist, the session may be terminated at the discretion of the practitioner.
- Liability for Payment: In the event of termination under the circumstances described above, the client remains liable for the full session fee. Any payments made in advance will not be refunded.
Program Scheduling Policies
iReawake observes the following policies regarding the scheduling of group breakthrough programs and personal programs:
- Group Breakthrough Programs, Courses and Events:
- Group breakthrough programs, Reiki Courses, Online events operate on a pre-fixed schedule. The dates and times for these sessions are set in advance and are available for viewing prior to registration.
- Clients are requested to book their participation based on their availability relative to the pre-fixed schedule.
- Due to the nature and format of these group sessions, there will be no flexibility for rescheduling, and requests for rescheduling will not be entertained.
- Participants are encouraged to ensure their availability aligns with the program schedule prior to booking.
- If the event is canceled or rescheduled from our side, then the compensatory program shall be announced from our side.
- Personal Programs:
- For clients enrolled in personal programs on a 1:1 basis, scheduling flexibility is provided through a self-managed appointment booking system.
- Upon registration, clients will receive a link to a scheduling platform such as Calendly, or a similar program, which they must use to book their sessions.
- It is the responsibility of the client to manage and schedule their appointments with the assigned Healer or Change Work Specialist as per the availability shown on the booking platform.
- Notification of Delays: If you anticipate being delayed for your scheduled session, please promptly notify the Healer or Change Work Specialist. This courtesy allows us to manage schedules more effectively and potentially accommodate your delay. Failure to inform the instructor and subsequently missing the session will result in the loss of the session without compensation.
- Rescheduling Policy:
- You are allowed to reschedule a session up to two times per program. Please make any necessary changes at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
- Additional rescheduling beyond the allowed two times will incur a charge, which must be paid prior to the confirmation of the new schedule.
- All sessions must be scheduled at least 4 hours prior to the session start time. Failure to do so or an un-informed no-show will count as a utilized session.
- Completion of Programs:
- Clients are expected to complete their program within the stipulated time frame outlined at the start of the program.
- If a client fails to complete the program within the designated time, the program will be considered void. No compensations, extensions, or transfers will be granted.
